"Love State Farm! I've been insured with them for nearly 10 years with life insurance and had great auto and renter's coverage. "Nancy LIberda has been a tremendous help to me during a claim resolution last summer. She was very helpful when our assigned claim agent did not reply for a long time. She was able to escalate the lack of interaction and have a new claims agent assigned. She was also able to catch a glitch in auto-pay continuity when our banks changed systems.
