He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and thorough, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and make the whole process feel comfortable and easy. The meeting ran a little longer than I expected, but I honestly didn’t mind because he was so kind and personable. I imagine if someone prefers a shorter, more direct conversation, they could just say so at the beginning and he would be happy to accommodate. Overall, excellent service and a great experience."
