"State Farm is awesome! I needed car insurance but I was also missing renters insurance and Maureen was very helpful. She answered all my questions and even told me about State Farm’s pet insurance policy. Prices were great and Maureen did an amazing job at helping me make sure I had my insurance needs met. "Nancy LIberda has been a tremendous help to me during a claim resolution last summer. She was very helpful when our assigned claim agent did not reply for a long time. She was able to escalate the lack of interaction and have a new claims agent assigned. She was also able to catch a glitch in auto-pay continuity when our banks changed systems. We were able to keep the account payment up to date while the new banking information was processed. Thank you for having Nancy on your team!!"

"I have to start with how absolutely amazing and smooth this process was to acquire new insurance! Tiffany G is outstanding to work with! Closing on my first home (so many nerves as a single mother), she was incredibly thorough and made sure any additional coverage was in my best interest. She compared my current auto coverage with what is being offered/covered through the new policy! Wow I had no idea! The time she took to discuss and explain was exceptional, the first agent i have ever had go in detail on what it is I am paying for!!! She was prompt with responses and had all my coverage for the home to my lender as soon as it was agreed, so appreciated! I look forward to working with her more with possible other options that will help keep my son and I at ease that we are covered if anything happens. I will definitely refer others and my mother with a few different properties we have. Hands down outstanding customer service, attention to details, ensuring we can rest easy at night. Tiffany G is so personable and really cares about her clients! Thank you with all our hearts!"

"I have not looked into any other car insurance for years as I was satisfied with what I had and just did not think about it. I got a letter from State Farm, thinking it was from the company that my sister just switched to so I called. Turned out it was not the same company but I did talk with CORY and he explained 1 portion of the Policy to me, which I had never thought about--Bodily Injury. Pricing has sky rocketed in the Medical World and I was not even being close to covering for any accident. As I listened to Cory explain these things to me, I was amazed NO ONE from my Insurance Company had ever reached out to me in 10 years to go over my Policy. Cory was wonderful, went thru the number, got me a Better Policy and saved me money ! I am so Thankful to Cory for his patience with me, as to playing phone tag - lol- and his expertise and professionalism! I would recommend Cory and the Agency to anyone."
